PROGRAM Format & Key Topics

OVERVIEW

The Virtue of Relations programme lasts 12 months and offers a combination of offline, online and hybrid formats, including: face-to-face coaching, Dialogue & Reflection Sessions, and Full-Day Inspiration Forums.

In a first coaching session, before the start of the programme, we analyse the current situation of each participant (actual status) and determine a specific goal (target status) for them. In the second coaching session, participants are prepared for their presentations or their contributions to the panels in the relevant formats.

In the eight Dialogue & Reflection Sessions and the two Full-Day Inspiration Forums, participants are requested to present a topic of their choice and to exchange their ideas and thoughts with globally-respected external dialogue partners and their peers from all over the world. All formats aim high at developing trusting, sustainable personal relationships which transcend sectors, specialisations and geographies.

Two 60-minute sessions each month with direct, personal and profound interaction with one seasoned and prestigious external guest speaker (chairman, CEO) and among the programme participants themselves.

These events are open dialog days with an intense set of different panels and discussions – among the program participants themselves, and with experienced and legendary business leaders (Chairs, CEOs), high-ranking politicians (Presidents of International Organizations, Members of Governments), internationally acclaimed thought leaders.
