Our “Virtue of Relations” Program aims at fostering and strengthening CEO and top executives in their important role within and beyond their organizations The program is designed as a comprehensive invigorating journey to prepare them for challenges and positions of higher complexity. Participants will experience the value and the power of exploring new  cross-sectoral perspectives and engaging in candid conversations with world class senior executives and with a well selected group of peers from across the world.

The main methodology of the program is Open Dialogue: The direct, personal exchange of experiences between the participants as well as the exchange with recognised experts, opinion leaders and prominent decision-makers and key players in industry, science, politics. 

Such dialogue serves to develop and consolidate mutual trust and thus promotes the building of lasting relations among the participating top executives. The Virtue of Relations programme thereby builds the foundation for a continuous exchange of experiences and interaction across companies, sectors and borders.

Essentially, the overarching objective of our programme is to empower personalities as well as relations. The principles of reciprocity, an open-minded attitude and a collaborative spirit are essential not only for the programme itself but also, and most importantly, for the future success and effectuality of any leader in today's economy and society.
