The Virtue of Relations programme is for executives and senior-executives who are expected to move up into their organisation’s top management in the foreseeable future.

The candidates should have at least five years of executive management experience of their organisations (CEO, CFO, COO, CXO, Head of ...) to participate.

To ensure the greatest possible diversity within the individual groups themselves, we invite candidates from more than 30 business sectors, from five continents, from a variety of company types (i.e. global and regional corporations, listed companies, family owned groups) and a wide range of professions (i.e. sales, manufacturing, finance, energy & environment, HR)

The language of the programme is English.

To facilitate an intensive exchange of experiences, views and ideas, the number of participants for the 2023/2024 programme is limited to 12 participants per group.
